I’ve made the decision to join the team at Four Pretty Paws Mobile Pet Spa, and I’m excited to continue serving my wonderful Debonair Dog clients through Four Pretty Paws.

Most importantly: I’m still your groomer! ❤️

I’ll continue taking care of the pets and families I’ve gotten to know and love over the years. The big difference is that I’ll now have an entire team behind me to help provide an even better and more reliable experience for you and your pets.

​

Running Debonair Dog has been incredibly rewarding, but owning a mobile grooming business also means wearing every hat: groomer, scheduler, customer service, van maintenance, business owner, and everything in between. Joining Four Pretty Paws will allow me to focus on what I love most: taking care of your pets.

There are some great benefits for you, too:

🐾 A brand-new mobile grooming spa is being built for me, which means a newer, more reliable van and fewer unexpected breakdowns that can disrupt your appointments.

🐾 A full support team will now help with scheduling, customer service, and day-to-day logistics.

🐾 Backup grooming options will be available. If I ever need to be out, you’ll have the option to have your pet cared for by another experienced Four Pretty Paws groomer rather than automatically having to wait for me to return.

🐾 The same Kelli you already know and trust. Your existing recurring appointments will transfer with me, and I’ll continue caring for your pets just as I do today.

A Few Things to Know About Four Pretty Paws

As part of the transition, there will be a few changes I want to make sure you know about.

Pricing:
Your services will transition to Four Pretty Paws’ current pricing, so the cost of your pet’s grooming may be different from what you currently pay with Debonair Dog. You can review their pricing and service options on the Four Pretty Paws website.

​

Vaccination Records:
Four Pretty Paws requires a current rabies vaccination record for pets they groom.

Their team will reach out to you directly if they need a copy, so there is nothing you need to do right now.

​

Appointment Arrival Windows:
Four Pretty Paws schedules appointments within a two-hour arrival window. This helps account for traffic, pets who may require a little extra time, and the realities of mobile grooming.

You’ll also receive communication throughout the appointment process, including a text notification when your groomer is on the way, so you’ll know when to expect us.

Payment:
Four Pretty Paws accepts cash, check, and credit or debit cards.

​

What Happens Next?

We are currently working through the final transition details. My new grooming spa is in production and is currently expected to be ready the week of August 31. My official start date with Four Pretty Paws will depend on when it arrives.

​

The plan is to transfer your existing recurring appointments with me directly into the Four Pretty Paws scheduling system. You will not need to rebook your regular appointments or fill out a new scheduling form to keep your current schedule.

​

During my first week, I’ll be completing training with the Four Pretty Paws team, so any appointments that fall during that week may need to be rescheduled.

​

As soon as my start date is finalized, anyone whose appointment is affected will be contacted right away. If your pet still needs to be groomed that week, the Four Pretty Paws team can also work with you to see if another groomer is available.

​

Four Pretty Paws will also be reaching out soon to officially welcome you, provide additional information, and make sure they have everything needed for a smooth transition.

I’m incredibly excited about this next chapter. This move gives me the opportunity to continue doing what I love while having the support and resources of a great team behind me.

Most of all, thank you for trusting me with your pets and supporting Debonair Dog over the years. I truly appreciate every one of you, and I’m incredibly grateful that this next chapter allows me to continue caring for the pets and families who have been such an important part of my business.
